What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting day-to-day finance operations within the business
Preparing and managing sales invoices, receipts, and credit control tasks
Handling purchase invoices, employee expenses, and monthly payment runs
Keeping financial records accurate and up to date (bank and debtor reconciliations)
Assisting with the month-end process and external audits
Managing timesheets and supporting with reporting
General office admin and ad-hoc support as needed

What We’re Looking For:

A solid foundation in finance or bookkeeping
Confident using MS Excel and Word
Familiar with accounting software (any platform)
Clear communicator with strong attention to detail
Organised and able to manage multiple tasks independently
